allow conservative counter opinions to be publish with the same equality demanded from the left
Stanford University professor David Kennedy, who mentored a college-aged Sen. Josh Hawley, told The Washington Post that he blames himself for helping his former student and boosting his political career.
"I think he is a thoughtful, deeply analytical person," Kennedy told The Post. "What I understand far less well is his particular political evolution. I had no inkling really just how conservative he was. I blame myself."
The professor mentored Hawley and advised him on his thesis about former President Theodore Roosevelt, which was later published as the book "Theodore Roosevelt: Preacher of Righteousness."

Bring back comment section for news stories.
Many stories you post have errors or simply need comments due to missing information. The comments used to be a place that your customers could correct your errors, but I guess you got tired of your bias being pointed out time and time again. Bring back the comments.

Provide option to hide (not show) certain news categories (celebrity, politics, etc.) from the homepage.
I find celebrity news are annoying. Please provide an option to disable/hide/not show them in the Yahoo homepage.

If you want a good story to parallel the tower collapse in Miami do a story on the Dolphin Towers in Sarasota. Look it up.
The Dolphin Towers (11 stories) in Sarasota had many of the same problems as the Tower building in Miami. A great condo association leader took brave steps to repair the building and actually evacuated the building for 5 yrs. until the work was complete. This is the story.

Comments by Adults
Are you ever going to stop punishing those of us that have legit comments on news articles? It seems to me we are being punished for the act of trolls, when you could go after them instead of ALL of US?

get rid of the 'next page' feature
I hate the 'next page' feature of your stories. When I click on a story I would like to read the story in its entirety, not have to page thru it page
after page. This is why I don't read your stories.

You can let people's opinions be known WITHOUT CENSORING or "temporarily suspending commenting"...like they might do in a REPUBLIC.
I'll let the people who were censored by their government, and overthrew that government, tell you how important freedom of the press/speech REALLY is.
“For if Men are to be precluded from offering their Sentiments on a matter, which may involve the most serious and alarming consequences, that can invite the consideration of Mankind, reason is of no use to us; the freedom of Speech may be taken away, and, dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep, to the Slaughter.”
George Washington“Reason and free inquiry are the only effectual agents against error.”
Thomas Jefferson“Let us dare…

Coming up on 5 and a half months. Is commenting going to be re-enabled on news articles about the country's events or is it gone for good?
I guess that people of different persuasions not being able to have dialogue with each other on here is a "safe" solution but I wouldn't call this a community....

Include response, voting an feedback on articles
Interesting that an article written by Cheyenne Roundtree (whoever the f--k she is?) is pushed out by Yahoo as a "credible" news source when in fact is nothing more that baseless, racist left wing rhetoric. Hey Yahoo, why not grow a sack and let the public upvote or down vote on whether these articles are actually worth reading? Because you downright now they will downvoted to oblivion. Better yet, why not put up Cheyenne's contact info and CSV so we can review her journalism credibility for ourselves and respond to her baseless, racist articles in our own way? Again, that…

Isn't it about time to start providing a posting feature that you 'temporarily' suspended HOW MANY moths ago?
Just allow comments. Seriously it was a nice thing to be able to post reasoned viewpoints. NOBODY does that anymore. You just might gain some viewers!

Would love to see Yahoo News feature Nasoni fountain faucets
Today people use their bathroom sink for a variety of functions. Current uses are to drink water, wash your face, shave, brush your teeth, eye wash, etc. To do this people cup their hands, use a glass or disposable cup, or crane their head under the faucet. Sticking your head under the faucet is uncomfortable, drinking glasses in the bathroom collect germs, and cupping your hands to wash your face result in water splashing on the counter. The Nasoni fountain faucet solves those problems.
The Nasoni Fountain Faucet is the patented combination of a bathroom faucet and a water fountain,…
