[Chat/Message Boards] Message Board Removal Feedback
Feedback regarding the removal of message boards from Fantasy Baseball in the 2023 season.
Fantasy league message boards are not going to be available for the current season however you can still access historical message board posts through your fantasy profile. You can continue to communicate with your league via Fantasy Chat, email and commissioner notes. Moving forward we are investing in chat as the best place for league communication and will be adding threading, pinning, polls and more. We welcome your feedback below about how your league used message boards to help us make future improvements.

this message board has been open about a month? thousands of complaints yet ZERO response from yahoo. not even a "we're looking into it" just dead silence. that tells me they dont give s hit! not the way to run a business

thousands of comments-ALL NEGATIVE! yet the ya-holes are sitting on their hands.....completely tone deaf to the needs of your C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R-S!!!! i have been waiting for the light bulb to go on and get the message board restored but time is running out. i WILL be moving my (3) leagues to a different platform......im sick of yahoo crapping all over us. you clowns have till end of the month or im gone!

Thanks for killing our league, Yahoo. Normally, we'd be a dozen or so message threads deep into our fantasy season...but with no message board, the league is like a ghost town. As commissioner, I've posted a commissioner Note--good deal that does, since I can't get any league feedback on a commissioner note. I posted in chat and got zero responses. Half of our league, I'm sure, doesn't even know what or where chat is. When are these alleged improvements to chat coming? That would've been nice before you deleted our number #1 communication tool...1000+ comments agree, but it's obvious you don't care about your private fantasy leagues...not a peep, not an update on when the improvements to chat will be done...nothing. Why even ask for feedback?

A very bad idea to remove message boards. I used message boards to track lack of participation, it was simple and manageable for critical communications . I want serious players but not obsessive-compulsives, chats wind up being more chaff than wheat.

This is a terrible idea. As commissioner, in the mobile app there is no access to notes. I don't understand the point of removing the message board as it shows the history of making changes, and creating ideas during the season. By investing in the fantasy chat, things get lost.
Also - where is fantasy chat when using a desktop?!?!
Please reinstate the message boards.

Also the commissioner notes are not visible or available on the app. Message board was available there. This is horrible. Please reinstate the message board

I don't know if any of you may have tried, as I did, to contact Yahoo's "Help Desk". Well, you will get absolutely NO HELP from Yahoo's "Help Desk" whatsoever on this subject of the Message Board removal. Where is the "Help"? Yahoo has chosen NOT to address this issue at all even with long-time and devoted Yahoo members. Yahoo refuses to even discuss our legitimate and genuine concerns. Maybe the Help Desk isn't responding because in the past, when they actually did respond to an issue, they would soon thereafter send a survey. HA!! It wouldn't take a scientist to guess my responses to any Yahoo survey. Yahoo definitely WOULD NOT like my current thoughts and my recommendations for anyone considering joining Yahoo would be ZERO!! Even the so-called "Help Desk" is now useless.

Getting rid of message boards is HORRIBLE, Our leagues used them for everything from trash talk, to league votes, To various suggestions and questions, NOBODY uses fantasy chat, and it much better to have an open board where things can be discussed and sometimes adjusted out in the open for all the world to see. I have been running both a football and baseball league on yahoo now for over 20 years. But if the message board is not brought back, me and my other league members will move to another online fantasy sports site; there is no shortage of them.

Crickets.... Unbelievable this hasn't been addressed. Realize your mistake already Yahoo. Chat will never be able to replace Message Boards. Please rectify this silliness.

It's a joke that you cut out message boards. They are essential to keeper and dynasty leagues. Bring them back or you will lose the majority of your players to other websites. Dumbest thing you could have possibly done but we all know you did it so you could get us to download the app and then you'd have access to our phones and personal information. The whole thing is garbage.

Hey losers, I got questions in this league and no way to communicate with everyone. WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU ELIMINATING THE MESSAGE BOARD. I now will boycott your DFS games until you restore the message boards, so that's going to cost you. You are pigs.

this is the only way all of my leagues communicate. taking it away sucks. they are also the best way to talk smack.
