Add functionality for protected players. A "can't draft/add" list
I host a keeper league with a minor league system. It would be nice to be able to designate those protected players in my league as "unable to draft or add". Popular '23 real-life callups like Jordan Walker are protected per our rules from being added to anyone's active roster except for their owner, but sometimes they get drafted or added by an over-eager manager who doesn't check the shared spreadsheet I maintain closely enough. Maybe this is achieved using the existing waiver functionality? i.e. the commish is able to manually designate individual players as perpetually on waivers? Would need the ability at any time for the commish to add/remove this "protected" designation from players as well.

Can't Draft list would be an awesome addition, would help keeper leagues with minor league systems.

My league requires both Ohtani’s on one team. If I could make one undraftable that would be much simpler than my current process.

For many of our leagues, we used the message boards to keep track of our prospect farm lists and the moves made regarding them. If you could remove the restrictions on NA roster spots, we would be able to keep those prospects right on our roster without freezing our moves if that prospect gets called up and loses their NA designation. Then we could use the new chat for recording farm moves and then could survive without the message boards. And individual commissioners could police the use of NA in their own leagues. Or you could create a Minors designation that does the same thing.
