I suggest that you look into your association with The Horizon Gold as the do not allow me to withdraw any of my funds. The advertise as being associated with Yahoo take our investments but want upfront payments to withdraw any funds. I am just looking for answers before I report this on social media.

If you delete an account for inactivity delete it properly and make the usernames available again.
So you delete email accounts due to inactivity, but you hold the usernames as unavailable why??
I wanted to log back into my old account and recover my contacts and reconnect with old friends but you have deleted the account so I cant recover contacts. I wanted to Create a new account with the same log in again so I could recover other emails that use this one as the recovery address but I cant do that either because you are holding my username ******* effectively.

I have a scam to report but how do we report this? I have a screenshot to send of Yahoo being impersonated, email titled "You have been hacked". The log-on feature should ask for the user name and password on one page. There is no point in performing a human check when on the following page authenticator codes are required.
Yahoo has purposely programmed the log-on to take 4 pages to show their advertisement forcibly to increase their ad revenue. People are not fools and is not appreciated.
