Why do you use small print in some of your articles ? It is very hard to read (at my age) and while they interest me to click on them as soon as I see the small print I close down that tab - please stop doing this.

Do something about Spam
My mailbox is being flooded with Spam and some of my real mail is ending up in the spam box ! I have added every single one to the spam filter list and it's made no difference. Can you please turn your spam filters back on ? This is a recent problem so I'm sure you can fix it

Opt out selection
Why can't we opt out of your new and improved services for email accounts. I hate the "catch up" reminders that you have installed, now you have decided that you will separate my mail into different categories, and I have to find them. A pox on your organisation enforcement. Why can't we "opt out" of these "improvements" that a lot of us don't want or need.

Add dates on the headings of news stories
Unfortunately on the news stories in the news page it only shows *** minute read.
It does not show when the article was made.
It would be far better to see when the article was made so I would realise that I was not reading an old article.Maybe use created by "Author or companys name" At hh:mm tt on dd/MM/YYYY
eg Created by Me at 10:00 AM on 10/3/2025

All I'm seeing is articles about Trump. So tired of it, time out! It's a big world out there, I'm sure you guys can find more news other than America's dim-witted president. Being using yahoo's news page for years but it's such a put off now. I keep hoping it might start showing more variety in news stories from around the world.

Can I/we Stop the Mail "Search Bar" drop down window from dropping every time
Hi, so i've been on Yahoo since way back when? (15-20years) Not long bought a new Lenovo Legion 5 and I've had the same laptop before. NOW.... every time I open my Chrome brouser "Yahoo Mail" has always been my default open screen for many years and NOW the "Search Bar" at the top drops down and COVERS the top few eMails and the only way is to click the "Search bar area" then click outside the area to clear the drop down window. Are you aware of this anoying little glitch or is that the way we go now…

Customer service available in all regions
Why is it so hard to contact customer service to reset my mobile linked to my account, i have been going around in circles trying to get my password reset i cant even subscribe to the support channel as not available in my region new zealand, how useless is that. Create new account for oldies
I am trying to create a new yahoo email address. I'm 84 with poor eyesight and failed the visual captcha test several times. The audio option did no activate my laptop speakers. When I tried to create a new address via my existing address the field available was ambiguous and failed several variations.
