    Bring back the comments just because yahoo and others don't like the fact people have different opinions to them isn't a good enough reason to get rid of them.
    Most people only used to read the dribble on here was because of the comments

    The new Yahoo logo : "Celebrating Pride"; what is there to celebrate about when the COMMENTS feature is now more seemingly permanently turned OFF. How much time does it take to analyse ?     I'm noticing more and more errors in the articles you publish. Spellings, incomplete sentences and now the Queen is leaving Buckingham Palace to go to Buckingham Palace? What on earth are we to make of this? Does somebody proof read these before they are published?

    Yahoo should employ a literate human being capable of reading and understanding the comments and suggestions that they already have and RESPOND to them.
    Namely;
    1/ Restore the comments section on the "news" items.
    2/Disable the autoplay on the irritating adverts.

  19. Passwords and verification?

    I end up going round in repeated loops of verification every 2 or 3 times I try to login to yahoo. I use various different VPN, locations and devices (which is why I use a service like yahoo!) but recently a valid password doesn't seem to be good enough half the time. It's hardly worth using yahoo any more.

    Are you afraid of the comments, is that why you have removed the facility to provide feedback to any of the items posted.

    You are posting items about the recent USA presidential election that are materially un-truthful yet dont give anyone the right to make comments.

    That is a serious form of censorship
