    Turn your system back. 20 years of using the same platform for news, finance, and weather is no more. With the just launched rollout and move away from My Yahoo!, i am forced to search through pages of **** to find bits and pieces of what used to be on a single page! I'm here until I can find something resembling My Yahoo!

    I hope as you are building your new Yahoo that you will provide an option to see the things I want to see in one place like MyYahoo. I don't want to have to go to multiple tabs or down various rabbit holes to find what I'm looking for.

  3. Update to My Yahoo

    I see I'm not the only one who doesn't like the changes you've made to My Yahoo. I can no longer see the links I'd set up via RSS feeds on my homepage to favourite web sites. Please can you reinstate My Yahoo to its' previous state, the changes you've made are regressive & have your product inferior.

  4. Yahoo.com needs a service status link to provide further information on known issues

    I am hearing that a lot of users are reporting problems accessing Yahoo mail "We are experiencing some technical difficulties
    Temporary error: 15
    Learn more"

    This has been going on for 3 hours now - but nowhere on the Yahoo site, news, or anywhere is there an acknowledgement of this; at best I can see reports on https://downdetector.co.uk/status/yahoo/ but this is not good enough.

    There needs to be an easy to access link to show latest status issues and perhaps someone reporting this on the Yahoo News pages.

    why am I allowed to pay only for a month and not yeary...
    why do I have to pay in pounds and not in rupees when I 'm based inIndia...
    Some time back I had a paid subscription which was in rupees , how ever had stopped as payment was to be done monthly and not annually and the service charges for making payments were also exorbitant then.. I'm sure it's the same now also..
    hence it is sugested that option of mly, qtly and annual payments be made available and accordingly priced...

  9. Please offer advice on how to enable password change when there is a continuous DNS server issue

    When users are alerted to yahoo e mail address and passwords being available to others, it is critical to change passwords asap. When logged on and seeking to change the password 48 hours of DNS server issues blocking this facility, this makes a worrying time much worse and you may lose customers. I am in this position now and it has not been resolved.

  11. Don't include number of SPAM emails in balloon notification

    Please do not include the number of new SPAM emails in the little red balloon notification on the Yahoo homepage. It is very annoying to see the notification telling you that you have new emails to read, only to click on the 'Mail' icon to find that you don't have any new emails - only new SPAM emails. Please can this be changed. Thank you

  18. Undo message persists for too long

    When closing a tab on the mobile pages the message telling me it has been closed stays on screen far too long. I appreciate the opportunity to change my mind but the message can obscure items at the bottom of my screen
