Horrible customer support
So, I had an expired phone number and was locked out of my account on my new pc. I'm in China and wasn't able to call anyone without an error message. I tried emailing tech support and chatting with a robot. Neither worked. In fact, the customer support offered no help at all. How did I resolve the issue? I logged in on my girlfriends phone, which worked somehow, and then added a phone number. If you can't offer a solution or a phone number to call you're worthless. I think this is the end of my yahoo email account.

Stop being biased. Why do u have to always choose to highlight news putting Republicans on bad light. Are u heavily paid by democrats? It is sick to the stomach always reading your news making democrats look like they r good when they are totally opposite. Someone hacked into my email account and ordered over $4,000.00 of xbox games from walmart.com I request proof from your company over a month ago via your legal department and USPS and still have not heard back from anyone. Not great customer service in my eyes. Again the larger the company the poorer the customer service.

Have proper staff at your Singapore call centre
I called 1800 9742 273 but they either hang up when I raised my voice (when they cannot resolve my problems) or they hang up immediately when the phone calls went through.
My problem:
Cannot LOG IN my small business account on my desk top suddenly. I did not change password but they kept asking me to key in correct password.
