Since I live in Oregon why is Yahoo Weather showing different places in the State of Washington weather? As usual Yahoo sucks.
Why can't you detect where I live? You used to be able to that, now you can't detect anything that doesn't have to do with Hollywood.

Mixed and Erroneous Forecasting
Chicago/Woodridge IL - For Thursday 10/04/18. I see the hourly forecast and it shows clouds with sunshine until I see clouds with the moon. Then for Thursday it shows clouds/lightning 100%. Then at the bottom under Precipitation for Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night is shows 0%. This happens quite a bit.
