Fix your change management procedures so that programmers don't backout others changes!
Over the past year, I have experience several different errors with my My.Yahoo webpages. I reported several of these problems and voted for several of them that had been reported by other people. Each of the problems that I reported last year apparently were fixed. And each of those problems have shown up again later. I can only imagine that the cause of this irritating result is due to lack of sufficient change management procedures by YOUR web page programming staff so that when one problem is fixed, fixing another problem (or adding new features) cause previously fixed problems to come back to us, your users! You need to fix this so that when a programmer fixes one of the problems reported by us, that another programmer (or the same one) doesn't back out the progress made to YOUR PRODUCT!! I hope all of the other people frustrated with the fix/unfix conditions experienced by us will back this feedback! You really need to get it under control!!
