Search dropdown behind content. It has been this way for a very long time. What do I do to fix it?

Please fix mobile app so that search drop-down is in front of content. It used to be this way, and quite some time ago it started being behind content which means you couldn't see the suggested choices

    It has been frustratingly like this for a very long time. Would like it to be back the way it used to be with the drop-down on top of the content
