Yahoo Contractor Broken AI Censorship
The contractor Yahoo has chosen to censor (aka ensure civil discussion) is broken AND they have blocked any appeals thereby ensuring the system is never fixed. The contractor claims to have a mission of community feedback, but blocks any feedback that is not from a business and rejects any email with a yahoo address.
The AI censorship is broken and blocks many comments arbitrarily. The learn more button is completely useless and adds nothing but insult but assserting they do not censor. This broken AI system does censor whether intentionallly or not. The system is also biased against comments that are more than a sentence or two. It does not inform the user why comments were rejected. Simply announcing it was against community guidelines is too vauge to do much of anything.
I dont know if it is just me or I have been blocked from appealing due to appealling the broken system. The human moderators just rubber stamp the AI. I can only guess, but this is almost certainly encouraged by the profit motive.
This system is arbitrary, has no meaningful human component, penalizes longer and more thought out comments, and encourages more short yelling and shouting.

This contractor run system has no feed back, no meaningful human oversight, is eratic, and further encourages short style shouting without any substantive content. I wish I could provide more insight on how its broken, but the complete and total lack of meaningful feedback renders this nearly impossible. When reporting comments there is at least general categories of reasons to remove a comment, a feature that this system does not have. Nor do the email notifications provide adequate information as to which comment was deleted or why.
