This is the worst decision since Gerald Ratner destroyed his family business by calling his products " Total **** " -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerald_Ratner .
I paid for the email premium as even though its a bit long in the tooth I felt some loyalty and familiarity - it was nice and comfortable like an old pair of slippers .
You've messed with that and now i'm off to find something new and better , good luck with his new direction - its the wrong way to go IMHO .

Please leave the my.yahoo page alone. Forcing the users to go with the new version is just asking for us to move everything over to a different email and aggregator site.

I can only echo others' comments. My Yahoo has been my home for decades. The 'new' yahoo is completely useless. I now need to figure something else out. I have a hard time believing it cost too much to keep My Yahoo going. Definitely not more than you will lose from lost users.

How can I (or we) complain effectively about the loss of My Yahoo personalized home page?

Agree 100%, bye Yahoo.

Twenty years as my homepage - content I thought important to me, not that Yahoo thought was important. A choice, options, a real user experience, not an algorithmic troll. Shades of the Flickr disaster of 2013. I echo other sentiments here. Give us the option to select our own content, or I’ll port everything somewhere else.

After nearly 30 years of My Yahoo, its time to move on. My home page set up for things that are important and of interest to me - REAL NEWS, sports, weather, etc. Now the newsfeed is mainly celebrity and entertainment garbage. I don't know what metrics you use that showed this stuff is of interest to me but I hope you return them and get your money back. What a hot mess you've dropped on us,

Yahoo is going to go to where MySpace went. I have had My Yahoo as my homepage for easily over a decade but if I can't use it any more I will be moving on.

I see the 'new' my.yahoo.com is in fact ... yahoo.com . Emperor's new clothes, anyone? Now we see what Yahoo actually thinks of its users - not much.

After over 20 years on My Yahoo,I have started today using Protopage. While it doesn;t have a place for my portfolio, it does offer some customization, my calendar, mail, etc. Guess the bean counters at Yahoo won this one battle, but the war will be ours. Sad, and shortsighted decision by them.

You have just removed my personal Yahoo page after many years using it. Like so many others, I will no longer be using any YAHOO product. A stupid, unnecessary change that just proves your company deserves its slide into obscurity and failure. For those interested... Protopage is free, easy to personalize and almost the same as my yahoo page was.

I too will be leaving YAHOO for a friendlier and more flexible site for HOMEPAGE if the "NEW" Yahoo becomes the only option. The new Yahoo is just another news site full of mostly irrelevant and gossipy news. MyYahoo was set exactly as I wanted and needed it. The new version does not allow the same options with access to information and data I need and use on a daily basis. Consider carefully...otherwise ADIOS!

Been using my.yahoo for 20 years. If it's gone, there's no reason to stay with Yahoo at all.

Or, I will find another site to set up the way I like.
And, your link to return to the original yahoo page does not work. -

I've had MyYahoo! page set up just the way I like it.
And now someone found an Excellent way to BANKRUPT & move Yahoo! to IRRELEVANCE.
If you want to Sell Yahoo! JUST SELL YAHOO!
There's no reason to ***** over your loyal users. -

The Yahoos at Yahoo are idiots. I'm beginning the process of moving all of my connections to Google and will be deleting my Yahoo account. What fools!

Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired. My Yahoo was a niche that keep this company alive. I dont need another site TELLING me what news I want. The beauty of My Yahoo was that I could pick my sources. Huge mistake Apollo!

Over 20 years of MyYahoo, fully satisfied, and now there's no reason for me to ever use Yahoo again. The new page is useless.

My.yahoo has been my home page for at least 29 years on every computer ,every workstation .
in one swoop, you destroyed it all. There is no way I would use the new format, it just seems like a random pile of clickbait articles.
The main reason I used my yahoo was it was MINE, as In , the things I need (easy preview of my emails) and things I want, local weather, local news feeds, all in one easily customized format.
There is now no reason to stay at all. -
