Give people the option to use their old My Yahoo page or the new one. Don't force it on loyal users who have viewed your ads for 20+ years. The "old" My Yahoo page had my email, portfolio, weather, and news I care about on my home page. The 'new' Yahoo does not have any of this. Why would you take such a huge step backwards? If you were providing more than what we used to have, that would be ok, but you took away what we have enjoyed for many years. If you believe it is an improvement, please explain why, because it is not obvious.
