after adding email id in contact list still going to spam

I am facing a persistent issue with emails being incorrectly directed to the Spam folder, despite adding the sender’s email ID to my contact list.
Even after marking an email as "Not Spam," it works correctly for a few days, but later, emails from the same sender start going to the Spam folder again. This is causing inconvenience as I have to manually check and move important emails frequently.
I request you to look into this issue and provide a solution to ensure that emails from trusted contacts consistently land in the Inbox. If any specific settings need to be adjusted, please advise accordingly.
