No charge for Technical Help
Why do you charge fees to speak to technical support? Your Help Forums do not Help and redirects me to purchase Premium. This is BS. Im locked out of my account for the second time in 21 years and its due to the upgrade and always requesting that I add safe measures to my account. Now I haven't been able to get in for 2 months and its ruining my credit, late payments because everything goes to my email im locked out of. I think its a disgrace to want money from me for your **** show problems
