Fix comments and edit settings access.
I'm sorry, but I have a problem. In comments on news articles, I can't access settings or edit. When I click on those, the screen darkens slightly and stops. I click on an empty space, and the screen goes back to normal. This happens on all three of my laptops so it's not on my end. Help please. Oh it happens on all articles.
