It Needs to Be Much Easier to Find My Payment History!
It is way too difficult to find Payment History. You need to make this much easier.
I looked in my Yahoo Wallet, which is where this information used to be, but the last payment I see there is from LAST YEAR. So I started a chat to get help finding this information.
EVEN THEY DID NOT KNOW how to find it.
You have to somehow find your SUBSCRIPTIONS page, which itself is not at all obvious, then click on the individual SUBSCRIPTION, then click on the "View" link after "Billing Info".
None of these links to get to this page say anything about PAYMENTS.
And, strangely enough, this page has a "Wallet" tab, and it DOES NOT LIST RECENT PAYMENTS. The last payment I see there is this: Mailpro / Oct 29, 2025 / -$5.00 USD
This is bad.
