Yahoo Mail Recovery
The recovery process for Yahoo Mail access is circular and TERRIBLE. I have spent nearly an hour exhausting all recover methods because a hacker connected the account to their number and my original alternate email STILL connected to the account was not sufficient. I had to enroll in Yahoo Plus to talk to a live agent and after ID verification, they were unable to resolve the issue. I called the customer support line, went through circular reasoning again, and was not able to get the help I need.
I want help with resolving access to my account and at the very least get it deleted so that my data is not compromised. Please escalated this request. I am inclined to seek legal action if this continue to remained unresolved.
