Remove mini side videos and make sure main videos work!
Stop placing mini versions of the video attached to the news article off to the side. If we want to watch that video, we will click on the main video. The mini version is VERY distracting.
Also, make certain the videos that are attached to articles run! I have clicked on two in the last couple hours where the video attached, just DOES NOT WORK.

I've just known about your ivory trade. Shocked! Elephants reproduction is very long! We can lost them! Stop ivory trade at all!!
Elephant gestation lasts about 2 years. Interbirth intervals are about 4-5 years! As a rule there is just one calf and very saldom - 2 are born. Elephant reproduction cycle is very long! Please, ban ivory trade!!! Otherwise the world may loss these very intelligent and unique animals! Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Please stop popping up comments at the bottom of the page. It blocks content. I "X" out the pop-up comments, but they just reappear.
If people want to read comments, they will go to the bottom. I am reading a story, but the comment pop-up blocks the page. At least have the system stop popping up again after I closed it out. 99% of people hate pop-ups, and that 1% is deranged. This is a new feature I believe, but it is horrible.

clearly, it's about more money - negative sells, but be BETTER than others, reduce the superficial, negative trash, balance more your reporting - it does influence the readers, all of us. are you incapable to bring nice things left in this life?

Comments section
I don't seem to be getting alerts when someone has replied on my comments on a story. I also can click on show replies and nothing shows up just a comment box and I don't need to comment on my own comment. Yahoo used to be really good and great working. But so many problems exist now, I don't get this on any other homepage of any kind.

I just read yet another 3 day old story on my front page. There are a lot of horribly written and inaccurate headlines from yahoo, side bar stories that never change for weeks at a time and still too much news about women whose only talent is taking off their clothes or indecently dressing in public...Very few articles from AP anymore but many more from new sources that are simply full of nonsense and outright fabrication...And please, the subject matter of what your site deems important is becoming ludicrous. Make the unsubscribe suggestions be a settable option!
I really hate the suggested unsubscribe pop-up. I cannot see any way to disable it. I have looked. This "feature" is a total annoyance and constant irritation. I will look for a way to go back to the old Yahoo mail system.

More Conservative ideas and less Liberal reporting
