    Please hire me to be your content editor, seriously. I see SO many grammatical and structural errors in the sentences of your content, DAILY. You are a terrible example to young people with that, and add to the conjecture of "fake news." I could use more money, seriously let me help you out!

  3. User Research form is non-existent.

    At the top of this page we are asked if we wish to participate in User Research studies for Yahoo Homepage. To do so we are asked to click a link to fill out a form. The problem is that the link leads to a web site for sale. Filling out the form gets you a price quote to buy the site. Nothing at all about user research studies. Could Yahoo be any more incompetent?.

  4. Stop sucking

    You posted an article today "The Bengals won because they trusted their QB. The Chiefs put theirs on the sidelines."

    This was from December 4th. The Bengals were eliminated last week.

    I posted in the comments, "Hey Yahoo, please be better at having timely articles. This article makes no sense as the Chiefs beat the Bengals for a trip to the Super Bowl." Somehow this runs afoul of Yahoos comment guidelines, probably because I called Yahoo out, for sucking.

    How does an organization that reportedly makes money for communicating via the written word, so painfully bad at communicating timely articles…

  6. My Notepad lost all its formatting today, on all three of my devices and all my browsers......

    Today my Notepad lost all its formatting, in all my files. They are all just one big blobby mess. I checked all three of my devices and both my browsers and the problem was on all of them. I painstakingly re-entered the line breaks and paragraph breaks on a few of the files and Saved them, and then, when I reopened them, it was all gone again. What happened? And how do I get it back? I have relied very heavily on Yahoo Notepad for quite a few years, have many files on it and would be ruined without it.

  8. Problem with BudapestGO

    Dear Yahoo Customer Service,

    I am writing to you because I am having problems receiving emails sent by BudapestGO (Budapest's official public transport app). I wanted to register for the app a few days ago, and like with other apps, I should have gotten a confirmation email to finish the registration. But even after trying a bunch of times, the email didn't show up in my inbox, and it wasn't in my spam or junk folder either.

    I contacted BKK Customer Service about the problem, and they informed me that their system had successfully sent the emails. They assured me…

    Using chrome browser, maybe others, when entering article comments Yahoo kicks me out of text comment box. Cache is cleared, have up to date chrome and android software

    When I go to the last page in MAIN and select DELETE ALL of that page - it Deletes ALL of the FIRST page instead AHHHHH

    Have a help section where you can really get help when what it says DOES NOT WORK. An agent or other ways to get help instead of having to try every option that does not work or does not help with the problem your looking for help for.

    Aktuálne bojujem s tým, že nie je možné dohľadať maily z mojej banky.
    Potrebujem výpisy z účtu za posledného pol roka. Banka tvrdí, že mi ich posielala ja žiadne ale neviem dohľadať! Spôsobuje mi to obrovské, hlavne finančné výdavky, pretože banka si za duplikát účtuje peniaze! SOm veľmi nespokojná a veľmi rada by som to rýchlo vyriešila

    My yahoo email account is compromised. I have noticed several emails have altogether disappeared. Some I don't receive at all. What protocol does Yahoo have in place to stop hacking?

  16. Hangs/freezes changing between yahoo mail accts in Firefox desktop browser

    I regularly get hangs/freezes of my Firefox desktop browser when I change between my yahoo mail accounts. These freezes have happened about 60% of the time when changing between accounts for months but are now occuring more frequently since the mail format change. I have to force quit my browser when it happens- also yahoo mail is the only site that this occurs with in Firefox. It seems like a yahoo problem and not a Firefox issue.
