INVE: Incorrect Shares Outstanding

Yahoo,

I noticed that you are using 14.25M shares outstanding for Identiv (INVE). While this is correct as of the last publicly available 10-Q, the company has since acquired a company called 3VR, and it issued shares as part of the consideration to acquire 3VR.

Per the 8-K filed on Feb. 15th, which can be found here:

"Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement described in Item 2.01 above, on February 14, 2018, Identiv became obligated to issue 904,807 shares"

As a result, the new share count should be 15.1M shares, calculated as follows:

14,245,138 per 10-Q
+ 904,807 for acquisition
=15,149,945

Please correct the shares outstanding amount to reflect this updated 15.1M number.
