  1. Technical Glitch - Continuous Loop on "Account Info" Page

    There is a recurring problem when attempting to access the "Account Info" section on the Yahoo website. Upon clicking the "Account Info" link, the page refreshes itself, which is already frustrating. However, the situation worsens when I am prompted to log in again, and instead of gaining access to the "Account Info" page, I am redirected back to my inbox. This continuous loop has made it virtually impossible for me to access and manage my account information effectively.

    While composing emails, in recent months, I am often unable to throw lines. And I am unable to find out why this is, and how to get out of that situation. I usually have to abandon composing and then have to use an alternative email service.

  6. Attachments at bottom not visible

    When gmail with attachments is forwarded to yahoo mail then same attachments in yahoo mails are not visible at bottom .And this happens in all yahoo mails such as yahoo.com , yahoo.co.in . Please do the needful to show all attachments at bottom .

  7. Yahoo mail synch problmes with gmail

    pls improve the synch between yahoomail and google / gmail. it is so annoying and frustrating to read an email on yahoo mail from my android smart phone, yet when i go to my windows laptop i am not able to see the mail on yahoo mail,

  8. help with stopping email forwarding

    A long time ago I sub to yahoo plus and forwarded my email to my gmail address. I asked for help to stop it and got no answers and to this day I am seeing copies of emails in my gmail. I have not subbed to yahoo plus in many years (over 10 most likely) and would like the forwarding to stop. Also why should i pay for assistance to stop this? This is a bad practice. Yahoo was one of my original emails (hot mail was first). But honestly I would have long ago if I had not signed…

  11. STOP MAKING CHANGES!!

    If I want to changed my mail options I'd do so myself but apparently after all these years I DO NOT! I try to compose a message and I get that BS side option that I will not use, did not ask for, and don't want! Return my compose back to the original and leave my mail alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. I would like to just get my email

    I talked to support, filled out form that had nothing to do with problem. Got dumped all spam into my in box. Which did not solve my issue of not receiving email. No one can send me email. Worst email set up ever. Att go back to old setup. This junk is not worth it.

  15. I am unable to use the sidebar to scroll thru my emails. Too many ADS. Restore my previous settings please. I do not like the new format

    RESTORE MY PREVIOUS SETTINGS PLEASE. I am unable to use the scroll bar withing my email text. Too many ADS on the side. The side scroll Bar is useless to me. I am tempted to quit yahoo because you messed me up with all the changes.

  16. Email Delayed over half an hour

    Emails sent to yahoo mail is consistently delayed, at least half an hour. Particularly annoying when trying to sign up for services with this email and being forced to delay email verification.

  17. Collapse section of webpage

    The fact that I have to pay a £5 subscription for a chunk of the webpage to be collapsed is unreal. No other service does this, find a better way to monetize your service because you're creating reasons for me to move my account elsewhere.
