I can't view any embedded images in my email. I checked the button in security to "Show Images except spam" and I have no show images button. How can I get these to automatically display?

Please note that our engineers are aware of this issue and are working on it.
We have found that many of our users who are experiencing this issue are Comcast Xfinity customers and a recent security update has disabled images in email by default.
Customers have reported that temporarily switching off Protected Browsing in the Xfinity xFi app resolves the issue. Please see details about this service here under “Security – Protected Browsing”:

Please contact Comcast support for further info about the service and only make changes to it if you are comfortable doing so.

Keep my email data and account SAFE from Yahoo Inc
After being in hospital I come back to my email and YAHOO has deleted ALL my emails, folders, contacts, ALL OF IT, GONE. There are help pages so they obviously do this to lots of users. I had my account for donkey's years, I lost so much data, precious emails from friends who are now dead, important emails and even emails that had a monetary value. It's been working fine since 2000.
I warned everyone: First the email, then the address book were both screwed with and they aren't working right. Now the calendar. Cannot sort by starred as of late February 2025
A recent update (just prior to Feb 21, 2025) to Yahoo! Mail has removed the ability to sort by "starred". There is now a "filter" by "starred", but it does not function the same, in that it does not show recently-arrived emails to the inbox. I use starred emails as an indicator for important items that need attention or continual attention. It would be nice if the ability to sort by starred would be returned to Yahoo! Mail functionality.

cannot access multiple email accounts
i have 3 yahoo mail accounts. i have tried multiple times to reset up these accounts. in the old system there was a drop down menu where i could select an account. now even after setting up separately 2 accounts, i can only access one.... and there's no way to toggle to the others. help. this sucks.

yahoo mail does not receive reset or verification emails
Yahoo mail does not receive reset of verification code. In the case of some websites, such as Facebook, I have two emails, but only the yahoo email fails to receive reset or verification codes, while the second non-yahoo email receives those emails without issue.

Bug / Pasting Deletes Text
Pasting text snippet right after a period, deletes the previous sentence. This should never happen, as important information may get lost from a message. Mac/Chrome.

New yahoo mail does not block images even though I changed the setting to do so. This is why I need to switch back and forth between Yahoo mail. The new mail feels unsafe but I need it sometimes if I'm doing a search. Please fix the image problem.

This is not an idea but a complaint. I have received a message sent to another Yahoo email account in my inbox. I tried to report this to Yahoo but was always referred to Customer Support that I would have to pay for. I am not clear why I should have to pay to report a serious issue like this that is apparently caused by Yahoo, not me.

I hit delete old mail. Same mail comes back several times for it is really not deleted. Please someone take charge and fix this.
In spite of deleting old mail, thinking it is gone, the next day, I see it again, and it is not deleted but some are gone. And it builds up day after day. And using spam block does not work anymore. It does on other email accounts, but Yahoo dropped the ball on this one. You people need to fix both these things and take users of your email seriousally. I honestly do not understand how these two critical aspects are overlooked by upper management. Do they listen or care?
