  1. next unread message circle bubble with down arrow. HOW DO WE REMOVE IT I hate this new feature that just started happening today 12-20-23

    This new bubble/circle just started popping up in my emails when I open them asking if I want to go to the next unread email. I HATE IT. It's way too big every time you scroll near it it opens bigger and I can not find any settings to remove it. PLEASE TAKE IT AWAY.

  4. Print problems with individual email thread

    Hello,

    The print feature for yahoo mail is broken and needs to be fixed. I have tried to print an email in serveral different browsers and none of my emails have been able to print. The printer works fine printing a webpage from the browsers, but not when I try to print an email.

  7. stop autoforwarding

    My email has suddenly STARTED autoforwarding to a gmail account, and all the instructions on how to stop it are not valid. I don't want this, I didn't ask for it, so how do I stop it? Setting, More Settings, Mailboxes, email address, Autoforwarding only gives me an option to subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus, nothing to stop the autoforwarding.

  8. Email viewing area layout issue.

    Hello, I have an issue with the email viewing layout that should have a setting to fix it. I don't think there is a way to do this yet but I might be wrong so let me know if I am.

    Issue: When I open an email the viewing area is too small width-wise. The reason for this is the email sender gets a little window to the right of the email viewing area.

    Now, there is a little arrow to collapse the "email sender area" but as far as I can see you have to collapse this area every…

  9. Not prompting for my contacts; prompting for unknown addresses

    I have a list of 'top contacts' in my address book. The most common address I use (for the past four years, almost daily) starts with an 'M.' for years, all I had to do was type and 'm' and Yahoo prompted my most common address and completed it. Now, it prompts me for a bunch of contacts that are NOT even in my contact list! People I may have heard from or whose address I might have manually inserted once or twice.   10. New Folders

    Notice that the new folder i created in my mobile is not shown in my laptop in the same log on user name, could you sync up all inbox display, mails and folders when same user log on are used to log on to different devices, like mobile, tabs, laptop and desktop to check on their mails.

  12. cant change my signature name in a sent email

    My name is bill,and somehow my signature email name on a sent email says Joaquin ,i dont know how it got altered,when ever i send an email i have Joaquin as the senders name,not bill,it's been like that for 4 years,i cant find any setting that says Joaquin is the name,i changed my profile name but still the idiotic signature thing says Joaquin as the senders name,can anyone tell me how to change the email senders name to my real name?

  13. Allow holders of email accounts to change their password.

    I am currently being disallowed to change my email password. Every time I've tried to navigate the process, I reach a blank window that simply says "something went wrong." What's going on?!

  15. You are blocking legitimate mailings from going out

    Your anti-spam that treats $ signs as likely spam is understandable on the incoming side.

    Your content based analysis does differentiate between informat I n, content that makes up the body of a message and content that is part of an attachment.
    Further, it does not weigh whether the message is being transmitted to a single email or to multiple.

    Case in point I had a script that was needed by a colleague, as uou are no doubt aware scripting languages commonly use $ to precede a variable.

  17. Please increase the size of the email body

    Please maximize the body of the email and minimize the waste space in the headers.
    - I wanted to send you a screenshot of a forwarding email to show that my screen only shows 1 line of body on a my pc WITH A 27 inch screen.

    - Looks like a ticker tape rather than an email message (with settings at compressed format and a readable font).

    --> Unable to send because I could not view the content.

  18. When I open an email, Yahoo automatically takes my original mail and pops it into a new window with no ability to go back or respond. STOP!!

    STOP taking parts of emails out into a new window that can't be responded to and keeps me from returning to the inbox - in fact, it crashes Yahoo altogether. This is ********. GO BACK TO WHAT WORKED FOR YOUR USERS
