   who never use them:

   TWO:
   The listing of emails across the top...

   THREE: Reduce height of search bar by at least half.

   As it is I have barely half the page to view emails.

   It's as if your testing the levels of frustration needed
   to see when users will abandon the service. I know I'm on the
   edge.

6. Allow for recovery of erased emails from back-ups

   Please restore old emails! No notice given; have been on yahoo mail for 20 years; emails from deceased parents with family history gone! It would be a great option to have ability to recover erased emails from back-ups. I use Yahoo email for long-term content & historical tracking, with other email for day to day and another for work. Yahoo's unilateral decision to erase my data has left me at an extreme loss!

7. Do not use the spam filter for censorship

   I would like to report that Yahoo’s spam filter is so defective that I cannot believe that it is an accident. I have a family member that I contact regularly. His emails often but not always get put in the spam folder. I tried to disable the spam filter but I have found no setting that allows disabling the spam filter. Quite often I will send a message to him, and the spam filter will put his response in the spam folder. The absolute simplest thing would be to recognize that if I initiate an email, and get a reply back this could not possibly be spam. Often a conversation will go back and forth multiple times and the spam filter will put the final response in the spam folder. This is possibly worst mistake a spam filter could make. I have written many computer programs, and I recognize that this is unlikely to be a mistake and is most likely intentional censorship. I recognize that my family member is a controversial figure, and talks about controversial subjects. Some of the messages that were labeled as spam are unexplainable. For example, I asked him if he wanted some produce from my garden. His reply was:

   yes, I do.
   I could use a box about the same size as last year, maybe a bit smaller.

   How could this response possibly be labeled as spam, especially when I initiated the conversation? This is not the only time this happened. I frequently find his messages in the spam folder. The spam filter clearly does not learn because it continues to happen again and again with his emails. I am constanly pulling his emails out of the spam folder. I asked him for a suggested protocol for helping people with covid vaccine reactions. His message was put in the spam folder and I therefore did not receive it in a timely manner. I understand that you are trying to censor covid information that goes against the corporate media spin, but you are going too far. Your excess censorship is hurting people.

   Suggested solutions:
   1. Yahoo should stop censoring.
   2. Spam filter should recognize that people who I regularly send messages to should not be put in the spam folder.
   3. Spam filter should recognize that If I initiate a conversation, any responses to my email are not spam.
   4. It should be possible to turn off the spam filter.
   5. The spam filter should only be used for filtering spam. It should not be used for political or medical censorship.
   6. If I pull messages out of the spam folder, the spam filter should learn that these emails addressees should be generally recognized as not spam.
   7. Yahoo should stop censoring information that might help people protect themselves from Covid in an alternative way.

9. add "forward email as an attachement" option so suspicious emails cen be investigated better..

   Many companies ask you to forward a suspicious email as an attachment, so they can investigate it easier.
   Please can this be added?

    Enable a person to cancel account, regardless if they have an active subscription - as long as they acknowledge this.

12. Why can't I view comments?

    It's strange commenting that Trump won is censored. It has no context nor references any particular event or vote. It's not a lie it's fact. Trump won the 2016 election apparently yahoo doesn't like that fact either. He has won many times in court. So tell me why I can't view and make comments. Apparently saying Trump won is worse than a lib calling a conservative a pedophile. Yahoo gave me no actual reason as to why they reject my comments and definitely no reason why they blocked me from viewing comments or making comments. It seems like I might just join the class action lawsuit Trump is bringing against social media.

    Take political leaning ads off and I won't block them anymore using brave browser. Otherwise, thank god for Brave, to block the FAR LEFT themes. You do realize half the country is not liberal and forcing it down their throat only causes you to LOSE customers and otherwise profitable viewers, right? Joseph Goebbels much? 16. Adding a new or different email address. Make it a single process and NOT all over the place!!!!!

    I have been on my system for OVER an hour 1/2 trying to complete what I thought was going to be a simple task. All I wanted to do was ADD a 2nd Yahoo email address. I have click, and click, and clicked and click and followed every direction to make this happen but here I am an hr. 1/2 later and I still can not get this done. I go on your so-called chat that find it to be ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!! This a screen pops up giving you a number to call 800.320.9335. Guess what you get there . . . a recording telling you HELP is going to costs you some monthly fee!!!! Before all is said and done, companies in the USA are going to learn that they can not continue to do business putting their customers in such position. What kind of customer service is this? This is your product that you are NOT adequately supporting. System keeps telling me the new email address needs to be verified. OK, where/HOW? If you do not have a cell phone number to send a text to how do you get verified?

17. STOP having the 'make more room' ad EACH time I look at my mail. If not, I will not find it hard to use another mail service.

    you have me "X" out each time I see each one of my emails. Each time. SO if I have 100 emails..... I do not wish to pay for my email to have 'more room'.

    on behalf of all Arabs and Muslims around the world, I demand to remove the banner which promotes Yahoo podcast called (Baga, Blu & Vinegar) which is presented by trans people. allow me to tell you that this is considered so offensive, inappropriate and unacceptable for our Muslim community which exceeds 1.8 billion people around the world, as we don't recognize gay, lesbian and trans as part of our culture.

    I remember there used to be [ > 3 years ago ] one click to show the Calendar page, now I have to click twice to see the full page calendar, inconvenience !!!
