1. Bring back Snooze feature in Yahoo Mail

   My feedback is concerning the recent change in the Yahoo Mail app, specifically the removal and absence of the snooze function. This feature was a valuable tool for managing emails efficiently, allowing users to temporarily clear messages from their inbox and revisit them at a more appropriate time.

   Without snooze, it becomes more difficult to prioritize tasks, maintain an organized inbox, and manage time effectively. Many users rely on this function as part of their daily workflow, especially for handling time-sensitive or follow-up emails without losing track of them.

   Reintroducing the snooze feature would significantly improve the user experience and restore a level of flexibility and productivity that many of us depend on. It’s a small feature with a big impact.

5. ERROR WITH ADDING ADDITIONAL YAHOO MAILBOXES

   current windows PC and currrent chrome browser, .....there is no option on either the new mail or old mail to add additional "yahoo" mailboxes, when you click "add" the oly options are Google. Outlook and AOL, plese advise...this have been an error for some time

   Hi Yahoo,
   May I ask where do find what i need extra storage to 25 GB which would just be the upgrade needed.
   My feedback in this situation would be in fact - hoping you can take it into consideration - from 1 TB, which is clearly overspecced / overspecified to 15 GB is a steep jump which you are asking from your many customers.
   Meanwhile i cannot find the intermediate service which is paying a reasonably priced subscription to just add 10 GB storage of email use to 15 GB, taking my email allowance to 25 GB.
   Can you please guide me?
   Alternatively if you do not have this subscription offer, check the demand, and possibly make it available. I know a lot of people who instead of leaving Yahoo, would subscribe to something like 25 GB, or else...

8. Why am I still seeing adds and having email storage rejections after paying for no adds?

   I've paid for "no adds" and am still receiving adds on my laptop. I also paid for additional storage at the same time and don't believe that it's been added.

   I keep getting spam in the form of calendar invites, but can find now way to mark / report as spam. There should be a function - similar to spam email - to mark and block these senders.

11. Don't allow deletion of INBOX/ALL boxes when Offers was selected!

    I truly HATE the new feature allowing me to delete my INBOX with one keystroke, when I was trying to delete OFFERS, STOP THIS! I've done it twice in two weeks and it's making my life pure misery. I certainly do hope you can restore the emails I JUST deleted because there is some critical stuff in there..., What a bad idea this was...

    Please allow the simpler, straightforward version if at all possible. I can't be the only one complaining about this, or the only one who's deleted their entire email recently. Lots of work for you, but PLEASE figure out another way to accomplish removal of Offers with some safeguard that works! Thank you!

13. AI Generated Fake Billing of my Energy Bills. How is that legal for you to do?

    Earlier this morning when I woke-up, I found a supposed "overdue bill" by National Grid for my House in my emails. I was deeply confused as I had contacted National Grid last week so they could reimburse me for overpaying my bill by a wrongful double-pay from their automatic payment system that I'm enrolled in. But your email service said I was past due on a bill to them. I clicked it and what had happened was your Yahoo AI system created a fake energy bill. That is, it took the data from my incoming bill which will be paid via an automatic payment much later this month and then changed the language to say it was "overdue" and that I needed to pay immediately. Obviously this initially caused panic until I went to my National Grid website and found that it was not overdue at all. With all due respect, what are you all doing? How is this even legal?

14. Get rid of Unsubscribe or Add Undo Unsubscribe option in Settings

    If you won't outright get rid of the Unsubscribe feature, you should at least give a more stable way to undo this unwanted feature, other than a brief button that disappears before I get a chance to acknowledge it. You make if far to easy to hit unsubscribe by accident and far too difficult to undo it. You need an undo feature in settings. I can no longer get needed emails from important sources because of the unnecessary unsubscribe feature - it's becoming a deal breaker. No one needs this feature. Every email contains it's own unsubscribe button. It's unnecessary and impossible to get rid of. PLEASE get rid of it or let us undo it in settings. The "one shot" undo is not enough!

16. Less jumpy scrolling of inbox. Gratitude to the Mail team.

    The new mail interface - specifically the scrolling through messages was very jumpy. Always would jump way further down and then I'd have to ladder my way back up. (I am willing to believe this is user error, but anyway it was frustrating.) I guess I voted with my feet- I switched back to the old version. Thank you for allowing this option (even though you may not be thrilled to hear it).Also while I am here I just want to thank you for continuing to offer this email function. I've been a user for coming up on about thirty years now (yay Rocketmail!) and this has been my reliable primary email for over half my life. I just want you to know I appreciate you!

17. Unable to see emails

    I am unable to see ALL the emails coming in. Some are hidden somehow, yet the tab at the top will say I have 2 unread. By swapping back to the older version, I am suddenly able to see two emails, one of which is VERY important to my business and CANNOT be overlooked. This is going actively harm the productivity of countless people. Nothing is more convienent or easier to use, nor more intuitive. It is quite really, the exact opposite. We have to click more, navigate around things more, and actively seek out options that were right before our eyes, easily accessible. I had to help a tech of mine get a PDF from a customer because we had to expand the entire conversation to even see where the PDF was. Previously I could click one button and it would download. Literally less intuitive.

19. All comments are blocked after invoking block a specific sender. Now unable to restore

    I invoked block sender of a comment, in the yahoo mail. It worked, but then suddenly all comments sent to my yahoo mail are blocked. Only yahoo adds are sent now. I did find all the emails that were already in yahoo mail when block was invoked, in the trash, and was able to restore them. But still, no new comments are showing up in yahoo mail, for several days now. There are no filters invoked, per the account info. Please restore functionality of block sender, to apply to only specified sender, and not all commenters. Also restore a method to unblock. Repopulate all the missing comments.
