  1. Unable to see emails

    I am unable to see ALL the emails coming in. Some are hidden somehow, yet the tab at the top will say I have 2 unread. By swapping back to the older version, I am suddenly able to see two emails, one of which is VERY important to my business and CANNOT be overlooked. This is going actively harm the productivity of countless people. Nothing is more convienent or easier to use, nor more intuitive. It is quite really, the exact opposite. We have to click more, navigate around things more, and actively seek out options that were right before…

  3. All comments are blocked after invoking block a specific sender. Now unable to restore

    I invoked block sender of a comment, in the yahoo mail. It worked, but then suddenly all comments sent to my yahoo mail are blocked. Only yahoo adds are sent now. I did find all the emails that were already in yahoo mail when block was invoked, in the trash, and was able to restore them. But still, no new comments are showing up in yahoo mail, for several days now. There are no filters invoked, per the account info. Please restore functionality of block sender, to apply to only specified sender, and not all commenters. Also restore a method…

  5. Thank you for the new format for text color/shading!

    Wow, that's a huge breakthrough. 🤦 (face palm)
    Now.......how about fixing the search process? If we choose "inbox," that's the only place we want searched.

    Then........how about allowing us to alphabetize our lists?

    Then........maybe allow us to visit a contact and see what lists it's a member of?

    These are basic.
    We didn't need a change picking colors. That is such a waste of your time. Come on! You can help us of some REAL deficiencies!

  6. Please provide breaks in the mail i.e. using dates

    It can be very difficult to keep track of where I left off, as well as overwhelming to see no breaks in between. I prefer the breaks being separated by date like the old yahoo meal broke in between. This made it feel less continuous. The way it is now, it feels endless and easy to lose your spot. The old way, thanks to how it was separated by date, I could very easily find and locate mail at an eyeball's glance. Now it feels more cluttered with too much going on and not any good way to browse through…

    Add additional colors to the options for choosing a color for your signature. I would like forest green. That is not currently an option.

  8. Block senders list display only Domain Names

    The Block senders list display only Domain Names.
    Did Yahoo convert individual URLs to blocking the Domain?
    Will future URLs to be blocked will blocked the Domain?
    Hopefully this is bug and not a "feature".

    If there isn't a way to get a text alert when a certain user defined email address sends mail, there should be.

  10. Put back quick menu item "Filter messages like this"!!

    I can not believe that you removed the quick menu link to filter messages. Instead of one click and pick a folder I have to go through the steps below. Not to mention, the "add new filter button isn't working in either Chrome or Edge at this moment. So I can't even add a filter at all. That was a RIDICULOUS change. Not to mention, by the time you get to adding the new filter information, unless you copied the email or subject to use, if you try to go back to email, you lose where you are at in…

    cannot find advice on how to change spacing in folder list /compose column on LHS -text is cut off so can only read the top of the letters -email messages on RHS are perfectly fine

    Lines have been added to the view of the inbox meaning that it is less compact and just a few mails are a whole screen. Please remove the lines and make a more compact view of the box. Or at least make it an option to have a streamlined, compact box. I don't need them constantly separated by lines, dates, months, etc. Just stack them up!!

  13. Quicker, Desk Top Browser Performance

    It's not an idea as much as a curiosity about the performance in a Desk Top environment vs. iPhone or Android OS operation. When I bulk delete my trash and spam folders on my phone Os. It is immediate in doing so and returning to main screen. On any desktop, (I use mac with Safari or Google Browsers), and my wife uses Windows, with MS Edge Browser. To simply bulk empty trash or spam takes 30-40 or more seconds using the trash bin icon and during those few seconds I cannot leave the screen to move to other functions within…

  16. This is too much with the blasted verification codes

    This is now beyond annoying. I accidentally closed my browser and remembered I need to lookup up an email for a project-related matter. . I just logged in and then needed to log in again -- less than a minute apart. I had to get another verification code. Each time I log in I have to get a verification code being sent to another email.

    RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP it. You are not protecting me -- you are aggravating me as this is more time consuming. Same computer, same password, same network connection and you keep sending verification codes. ARRGGGGHHH

  17. stop those verification codes if someone does not have 2 factor

    I do not have 2 factor. So stop those evil verification codes. I would like to use stronger language but I will keep it clean. You are making it EXTREMELY difficult for e to get into my emails. Your reasons are full of it. You are doing it just to have us pay for your help. Your HELP page is absolutely useless.
    I know my password, it is correct, otherwise you would not know which email to send the code. Unfortunately, that other email is also wanting a verification code to prove who I am . I can guarantee that…

  20. Stop Pestering me with popup to try new email format. Don't like it, I want to remain with my current email.
