Sort by SENDER when using search
In looking for removing old emails when using the search if I can sort by sender it would be great.
-
Sort by Sender
Sort by Sender. It is INCONCEIVABLE why one of the sort options is not Sort by Sender. This would be a HUGE time savings when you are looking for something and you know who sent it, but not when. PLEASE give this your consideration.

Remove "today", "yesterday", and "earlier this week" from your Yahoo inbox.
AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN... stop "oh we're reviewing this" and closing everyone suggestion (comments closed multiple times) to remove the annoying separators. it is not fixed, you have not gathered everyone feedback (or you have and are just ignoring it), just get rid of it already.

Opera (Win 10) returning an internal server error past few hours
Yahoo has been returning an internal server error on your home page and MyYahoo page -- all I've tried -- for the past few hours with Opera, but not FF or IE11. Internal server errors are almost invariably on the other end, i.e., yours. I cleared cache/history here. This last time I started up, the home page started to show then disappeared. Other sites working well. The URL I'm getting is https://consent.yahoo.com/collectConsent?brandType=nonEu&.done=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.yahoo.com%2F%3Fguccounter%3D1&sessionId=2_cc-session_6fbbb1b9-2253-45ac-bc70-90a75556a459&lang=en-US&inline=false.

Please help!
Please help!
I can not find a simple way to contact Yahoo for support in Australia and this forum is my last resort. When I log-in to my Yahoo business email I am prompted to 'update my mailbox' which I have done over and over again for the past couple of months. Several times I have received emails asking me to update even though I have and that I will be signed out on April 15. I can't reach my email on my Gmail app on my phone, it asks me to 'verify my credentials' and according to Yahoo help…

As in January, I am not able to edit my contact list and assign contacts to groups. Could you enable it and don't disable again? Thanks

Fix Adding Contacts to Lists in Yahoo New Mail
Expand Manage Contacts in Yahoo New Mail, to add the ability to add an existing contact to a previously established "List". This feature is available in Yahoo Classic but not in Yahoo New Mail.
-
Add a contact from received message
Bring back the capability to add a new contact directly from a received message! It is ridiculous that you have to copy the email address, exit the email message, open up your contact list, and add a new contact! Why did you ever take away this function?!? Please bring back the drop down menu for accessing contact details when simply hovering your mouse over an email address!
Thank you for reaching out, this feature is now available. Right-click on the email from the list view and the last option on the dropdown is “Add Sender to Contacts”.

conversation deleted Undo
When an email is deleted a popup stating "Conversation Deleted Undo" appears obscuring the delete button. The Undo reverses the deletion. Can this box be placed elsewhere so single emails can be deleted without closing this popup?

Move the "Message Deleted" pop-up so that it doesn't block Move/Delete/Spam Buttons
When I delete a message, a message pops up that says "Message Deleted". However, the positioning of this message is terrible. It appears right on top of the Move/Delete/Spam buttons. You guys need to move this message so that it doesn't block any of the main buttons.

"Message deleted" Pop-up
Move "Message deleted" Pop-up to not cover up delete button which became a problem again the other day.

When deleting an email a notification message appears right over the links to delete etc at the top of the list. You must wait for it to disappear slowing down the whole experience.

confirm deletion
Every time I delete a message, I get a pop up to confirm the deletion which blocks the ability to delete another email until it disappears or I click the x to remove it. I do not understand the need given the message will be auto saved in the deleted folder. Redundant and annoying! I saw an existing idea to remove this that was marked Completed?

deletion message
The Deletion Message box location needs to be moved. It shows up right over the Archive, Move, Delete and Spam options making it almost impossible to just continue to delete (or w/e action you are trying to do) each email as it shows up. You have to either wait for the message to go away or click out of it and then select another option for the currently viewed email. Please move this to either the left/right hand side of the page so its not covering up anything.

Logout
I can't find the logout button. This is bad, and I'm thinking of changing all my email accounts to gmail.
Some of us prefer to logout from one account to another, because it keeps the data integrity should you get hacked, open a virus accidentally, etc. The logout button should not even be buried in the settings menu - but located right on the tool bar next to the settings button, etc.
It seems as though every revision gets more difficult and LESS user friendly.
