    when i get an email with multiple files yahoo mail does not allow to download all of them as zip file. the option to do so exists, but when you press it nothing happens. i have tried that on several browsers, all give the same result.
    only option that is left is to download one file at a time which is bothering and time consuming.
    please your response and help with fixing this bug

    I need help; you all keep sending a message that a 2nd email is out of date and needs attention. I ONLY have one email address for my yahoo account so please get rid of the 2nd one ASAP please. I think someone tried to hack me? Do ya'll have a phone # for issues like this? Thanks

  4. Glitch: Editing recurring event duplicates that event on the first day

    Multiple times on different recurring events, I would go back to edit the initial event, make a change (usually which calendar it would go on), click to save on that and all similar events, and Calendar would show two of the same event on the same day, but ONLY on the initial day of the recurring event.

  8. Fix your Sign-In Helper, please!

    Fix your Sign-In Helper, please! I tried to log into my other account but I was not asked for a password (which I have/remember) because I'm not logged in from another devices. Instead, yahoo keeps suggesting to send a code to my mobile phone which no longer exists. And now there is no way for me to sign in even if I know my password. I have had that particular mail for ages.

    There should be a way to recover your email address in a case you no longer have access to your saved mobile phone.

  14. Fee for email help is rediculous

    12 dollars to get help accessing a locked account?? seriously??
    I am an installation tech that go's in about 8 houses a day and will be telling everyone to stop using yahoo and switch to gmail.

  15. PLZ!!! Only 6 choices when I search my contacts!?!?!?

    I have thousands of contacts. When I search for an last name, a zip code, etc. I NEED MORE THAN 6 CHOICES!! Plz. I just searched for "Kristy" and I got 6, none of them was what I wanted........I don't know of any other option to find the person.

    Does anyone reading this have a solution? I've tried transferring all my Yahoo stuff to Google......and it was a mess. I don't know how many hundreds of hours it would take to make it what I want/need.
