This is ridiculous. I own a business and this email is a CLUSTER. Unreal. The only way to "fix it" is to $$ upgrade to Pro? I cannot even search for an old email. Either this gets fixed or I am going to gmail. What a bunch of garbage.

I've already noticed some deficiencies in your new mail format and I have only used it one day. Refresh does not switch back to inbox page when emptying spam or trash. For that matter the refresh button does not switch back in other messages sent too, such as revert to plain text options. Needs much improvement.

On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is
“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

• Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

Look nobody here gives a **** about your Yahoo general and generic comment about Yahoo
having to disable older systems. Everybody here has specifically commented on the fact that
Yahoo has recklessly, or at least negligently, forced a seriously flawed and deficient email format
on Yahoo customers. We specifically want to know if Yahoo is apprised of this matter and
intends to do anything about our requests. I personally want to know who is responsible
for this situation, and whether anyone from Yahoo is willing to step forward and seriously
discuss Yahoo customers specifically stated concerns and requests. -
