    Yep, looks horrible, as if a kid designed it. I'm going to send my email to gmail now on, better use of space, fonts, info.

    please stop forcing me to change my view of my account. I have vision difficulty and you automatically forced me to changed. I am unable to see anything.

    Maybe everybody show change to google cause this new yahoo mail ***. If I cant get my issues fixed I will change to google. Give me back my classic yahoo e-mail.

    I do not like the new format. Return to Black letters. Harder to tell which emails have been opened. New is not always better. Why not have us CHOOSE which format we like??? JIM H

    I realize you have to have a newer version of yahoo. But why can't you make the new one look and at like the older one with the new updates in it. Because I HATE, HATE, HATE the new yahoo.

    this is too much. i get that you want to be current. most of your users are not. i am not a fan of the 3 click, to get what you need. Yahoo used to be super user friendly. its not. not to the old users. how do you decide whos more important. stop with the 25 options to click yes. its not user friendly to anyone. and ads like that? you're Yahoo. you dont need guest deterring, ad to pop up's always. if it continues, its going to become a site i just dont use. please dont become the spam ****-head site. please. yahoo, youre better that that.

    The new format looks like it was designed by a child with html. It is excessively blocky, and looks cheap. Everything has hard corners. Are the engineers 10 years old and designing their first webpage?

    i hate the way it looks. i hate the way it opens up emails when i'm simply trying to click on the boxes to move or delete. i hate the ads that try to look like emails. it is not more streamlined. the delete, move, etc buttons are not in a convenient location. there is nothing good about the new format that i can see. i've had my yahoo mail for well over 20 years and will probably starting using my gmail account as my primary email because of this. what a shame.

    has ANYBODY gotten any help other than the one they want to charge for????? And has anyone been able to switch back to the old format? There's not even a button to click on my screen, although the "help" topic says there is.

    I absolutely HATE the new look. the delete, etal buttons centered at the top of the screen are SO inconvenient!

    What the **** is wrong with you guys? This is so cumbersome to use now.

    New mail format is so horrible I'm going to gmail now. Wow thanks yahoo I think I've had my account for over 20 yrs
