    I do not like the new format at all, mostly because there is no way I want to see the videos ad when my inbox is empty. Please remove that, or add a way to remove that. It is so offensive, that I may consider deleting my Yahoo email account. Thanks.

    The new Yahoo Mail is absolutely terrible. The speed is very slow as it starts using up a lot of memory on my Mac after being open for a few minutes. What is going on? Is there a bot stealing all the info on my computer's hard drive? I am considering getting rid of my yahoo mail account which I have had for over 15 years and migrating to another provider. Is this a ploy to get rid of users? IS THERE NO WAY OF GOING BACK TO CLASSIC MAIL?

    Yesterday 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    Like so many others, I hate the new format & now I can't even move emails from the inbox to other folders. I've tried three different methods but NONE of them work. And the ads are just a constant irritation.

    LEAVE IT ALONE! STOP IMPROVING IT. IT'S JUST MAIL! CHANGE IS NOT GOOD WHEN YOU MESS WITH SOMEONES PRIVATE MAILBOX!

    Viewing email has become microscopic and cannot be changed or enlarged in any way. I did not ask for any of this and I cannot count on YOU to interfere with what I want and now how to do. Keep your changes to yourself.

    Please make yahoo easier to use. It is the most convoluted, time wasting, annoying groups site I attempt to use. The only time I use it is if a group is only on yahoo and I have no other option. Yahoo is often referred to as yapoo. Now I know why 🤬

    How do I add my usual email address to get group emails there? This site is useless!

    The selections leave much to be desired. I want my old format back. There is too much of a glare between stark white and dark black,

    I agree with everyone. Absolute rubbish. I'm looking into leaving Yahoo forever. I really do hate it and can't believe you would consider it an update. It has so many stupid things. Many are listed below. Another thing I hate... When you do a search it lists all of the emails but doesn't tell you which folder they are in. Who ever thought that was a good idea?!?!

    Lots of other similarly annoying rubbish.

    When are you going to offer the option to return to the original Yahoo Email? Obviously many people are un-happy with the new format.
