    When composing an email and having to delete a word, it's sluggish and erases the whole lot. It's very annoying!

    WHY ARE YOU SO ******* STUPID - PAY ATTENTION TO THE #1 COMMENT HERE IN THE FORUM: "just return me to my old format. thank you..... please" WITH OVER 17,987 COMMENTS TELLING YOU TO LEAVE THE INTERFACE ALONE - YOU CAN'T EVEN FIX THE ISSUES THAT YOU HAVE HAD FOR YEARS - because you never read any of our "Feedback".

    Oath must be the most incompetent company in the US. Destroying Yahoo!, Tumblr, Verizon, etc.

    I have spent 30 minutes today trying to get to my basic yahoo format- after clicking one of your selections by accident.
    I have tried to follow your instructions- but every time I open my email again I am back to the new format.

    Just give us the option to switch back to the former format. It seems like a lot of people are un-happy with the new one.

    It used to be so easy to find ALL of the emails from one sender by just clicking on the address. Now I have to through the P.I.A. search function. THIS MAKES ME HATE YAHOO !!!!!!

    You always mess with people. Why? Is there another email? I will start to look- Improve that's fine, but you need to give each person the option of new or old. I VOTE GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY

    Yesterday 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    I agree - don't like this version at all - it looks like it was designed by a five year old. I would like to go back to the old version - it was clean. Forcing this unnecessary change on your users is plain stupid.

    Change the blurriness ASAP. Going to move all to Outlook for the sake of my eyes.
