    I loved classic mail! Bring it back! New version is difficult to use! Don't like it at all :(

    I do n ot like the new format....none of of colors make it easy to read. white doesnt work for me either!

    This new mail sucks so bad I'm going to switch to some other email.
    Very difficult to use.
    Greedy. thats what it is. You people at Yahoo are to selfish for your own good. Your going to lose the people who have hung with you by making things complicated.
    Just looking at images in an incoming email is a pain

    Your print is too small & there is no setting to change it! I have not been on it awhile & I come back to small print I can barely see

    The Classic e-mail was much easier. You could scroll the contact list for sending. Now I can't. Also printing an e-mail was easier. I want the old Classic format. Let us decide which format we want to use, the classic or the updated version. I may consider not using Yahoo anymore - I could change to a different e-mail system.

    Please stop forcing everyone to use the new format...the old one is much better. This format has been tried and tried again with the same results. Not many users like it, if any. Can you tell me what's
    wrong with the one I had it for many years? The new one is very annoying. It is cheap looking. How old are the people who designed it?
    Please go back to my old style email and give us a break. I hate this one as many others feel
    the same way.

    Go back to old email format !!! I did not ask for new format !! Spoke with Alex from customer service---what a rude person. Used the comparison of not changing clothes to not changing to new format. Yahoo needs to improve there customer service. I could go back to the old format, however, they would charge $49. I definitely will make a change, but not to a new format !!! To bad, I liked Yahoo.

    Truly HATE the new format...too visually limiting re: colors available and why should you CARE what we want to look at...PUT CLASSIC BACK!! WHY FIX IT IF IT IS NOT BROKEN!????

    I was going thru my mail it froze up so I closed my computer and restarted it . Went back into my mail again and it is so small i can't read it.What happened?
