    there is no way to print an email or highlight words...return to

    I want the classic view better. I can't get into the new version. Why force us into something we don't want. You got rid of your games and now making us use a new format.

    Got a warning on logging in to mail, that version would soon not be supported. Inadvertently clicked 'upgrade next time' and it switched me to an unfamiliar mail version in that session. Don't like the new version, nor its format. How can I return to what I had ?

    I agree just give me back the old version. I can.t even get into the new one and when I do it is so slow it takes forever to write an e-mail. Guess I will have to switch over to using g-mail and get rid of the yahoo account.

    Honestly why fix if it's not broken the new one is **** could not find photos i had sent or recived hate the format . nobody is going to like it , it was fine as it was the new one is like going backwards .....................................

    I want the old format back. I dislike a lot of things about the new one, but one especially: unread messages says 999+. That's useless. I can't tell if there are new emails I have to read.

    Change it to make it more like classic, which was much better.
    Bring the delete icon back to the left.
    Bring back the right click option to "filter emails like this".
    Bring back bold text for unread emails in a folder.

    Yesterday 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    If I ever meet the IDIOT who approved the use of this abortion of nonsensical email design, I will punch him in the nose. I swear to God. And if it's the same person who keeps asking us to change to this monument to stupidity I will spit in his face after I've bloodied his nose. Getting the message? END THIS! NOW!!!

    I don't like that we are being forced to change our page the way it looked, an worked for this upgrade. I really don't like it an have a strong dislike for it. I want to know why we are being forced to change, I feel there should be some way to restore it an work with the new version still. So please let me know why. Thank you

    Please change back to old format of getting emails. The current version is slow, can't get drafts on partially written emails, not able to copy more than one thing to an email, white background is hard to read. Please, change back.

    I could select the sender's email and then select all emails from that sender. Then I could delete them all. I did not have to go down the line checking each box. This new email is terribly time consuming. TIME I DO NOT HAVE.

    I won't get into change just for change - enough said by others. But seriously - the "card" flying up when you remotely go near the address is nothing but an irritation. MORE IRRITATING is not being able to add a contact with a simple right click. I see nothing that you have done to improve my experience - if anything it makes me seriously consider the final move to Gmail. Stop fixing things that are not broken and stop forcing me into changes that are unwanted and unneeded. I pay extra for my service and it is money that is no longer well spent.
