    I think 18000 of your users is telling you that your "upgrade" isn't wanted or appreciated. I've been using Yahoo for email since 1998. It's NOT getting better with age.

    The new format in general sucks! Give me the option to go back to the classic format!

    I don't like the new emojis either. I can barely see just exactly what it is supposed to be or represent once it is inserted into the email!!

    JUST GIVE ME THE OPTION TO CHANGE IT BACK TO THE CLASSIC FORMAT!.

    The new format stinks; commands take a long time while Yahoo is loading those annoying ads. Please....just give me Classic Mail and let it alone!!

    It does not seem to comply with my PC.laptop. Its slowing down the process. There is not space to write in the body of email, have to use the arrows to see what I am writing.

    Nothing wrong with the old format, Nothing of value in the new format. Do you really know your customers needs? I think not... if it an't broke don't fix it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OMG just saved an email to one of my folders since it has important information in it and then went to continue working on that email information by opening it. Voila! It and all my folders are gone. I think I am going to be sick.

    I live for the day Yahoo will fire off the daltonist who chose these eye-killing circus colors and design. The essential purpose of an email is to be practical and simple. Is it THAT complicated to include just one more classical design for those 99% who don't like the new design? I expect Yahoo team to appear on my gate one of these days and redesign my mailbox without asking me...
