    Stop changing it for the sake of change. I just want email, not "an upgraded experience". If you don't stop I will just switch to Outlook

    I don't like this one. As I'm an old woman, I'm not at all keen to use the new format and also it's impossible for me to learn new things.

    Classic is more legible and performs better overall. Did you really think that those of us who didn't want to switch the last two times Yahoo pushed the update didn't have reasons to prefer the Classic version? Please let us have it back.

    Stop with the "improvements". They're terrible. Put everything back the way it was, for those of us that don't think that things that aren't broken don't need to be fixed!

    Not all of your users are 20 somethings with perfect vision. The folders list is far too pale and the numbers indicating unread messages are barely visible. This can't possibly be ADA compliant.

    Please unsubscribe me to all the ad e-mails......I do not read any of the as they do not prompt me to buy anything.......I am talking about the unsolicited e mails that I receive every couple of days.....

    With the old mail I could navigate Yahoo much easier

    Yahoo is now being nothing but a RACIST against people who want to keep Yahoo CLASSIC Mail. Did Yahoo have A.I. design this new mail format or did Oath/Verizon just turn Yahoo into being run by all of A.I.?

    If I knew how to get in touch with the FOX News Channel (Tucker Carlson) or even FOX Business Network (Stuart Varney), I sure the **** would let them know how RACIST you are for not fixing the problems with your new mail format or giving at least the Yahoo CLASSIC mail back to the users who want it.

    Yesterday 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    This new version is not good. I will be switching back to the classic version which is far more superior than the new version. Please stop sending messages to upgrade to to the new version.

    throw it in the trash/junk/span folder as it is just that! old was usable but the older one before that was the best! well i am planning on leaving for gmail or Microsoft as they are easy to use and not ****. been with yahoo from 1980's old mail was better than new current one. just like Verizon but something then DESTROY IT.

    Basically everything, Yahoo mail was great, the colors and layout was good, now the layout is horrible, ane the colors are horrible, why couldn't you leave good enough alone, instead of makeingit bad.
