    Every time I turn on my computer, your idiotic Yahoo Mail has changed me to this unreadable format...…………………..horrible color, can't find anything, nothing connects, constant error messages, doesn't fit my screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How the **** do I return to Classic Mail?

    There used to be a link!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Now that has disappeared. STOP MESSING AROUND.

    I hate your new mail format. Very conveniently you have eliminated the block feature for spams. Trying by any means to force me to pay you for annual fees. I HATE IT

    Yesterday 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    In settings there is an option in the bottom left to go back to classic mail. It will annoyingly keep asking you to downgrade but click the X and its 10000 times better. Yahoo quit ******* it up.

    Trying to get my old Basic email back; 1st item in the directions for this is "click on the settings icon", but there is no settings icon. None of your email "upgrades" are an improvement and you make it impossible to return to the old settings. C'mon, folks.

    You have caused me so much grief today.
    The layout of the 'new mail' is awful.
    You cannot format, or copy and paste without it being unreadable.
    PLEASE GIVE US OUR OLD EMAIL BACK!!!

    You to want to improve your email.
    Then CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD EMAIL.
