    you company is **** for several years I have paid for a business email overnight you delete it without warning cannot access my saved emails which are all protected by legal privilege. You might own the email account but you do not own the content. I suggest you find a way I can download all my saved emails and recover them. If not I am sure I will make an international legal issue with this, to avoid contact with disgruntled customers yahoo avoids FREE contact and charges people to call in for assistance, feels like I am being held ******* here

    I CAN NOT STAND YOUR NEW VERSION OF EMAIL WITH ME INSTEAD OF MY NAME AND THE FACT THAT YOU DELETED OPTION TO SWITCH BACK, I WANT MY CLASSIC EMAIL BACK!!!!

    New format inferior to original. Top banner ad overlays first email message in list format. Please stop breaking perfectly functional interfaces by "upgrading" them to nonfunctional formats.

    Either give us the option of the original format or all of my email \accounts, personal, family and business will have to seek a better provider.

    The new format is very difficult to read. not enough contrast. I try to go back to classic or basic but it wont. My feeling is that you tried to fix something that was not broken and broke it.

    Why the big empty section on the right?

    I definitely don't like new format prefer the last one. I have this large empty gap on the right hand side of screen even though I have selected large; don't need the color scheme choices (why?); and the system will not let me update the time zone so I keep getting "notifications" to do so.

    I am being sarcastic but thanks for taking away my CLASSIC email this morning and giving me your New Yahoo format that has not been ready for the big time for a long time. Your BASIC email doesn’t cut it either.
    At least with CLASSIC I had my CALANDER and with your changing me now to your JUNK format I no longer have a CALENDAR. CLASSIC was also easier to use.
    How long is it going to be for you to fix my CLANDAR? Like everything else you’re trying to do it looks like it will never get fixed.
    You’re doing a good job chasing away people. It’s a good thing I had not set up my three grandkids on email as of yet. As I see it won’t be with Yahoo

    System Windows XP. When I'm using new mail the screen jumps and reloads making it hard to write and focus. I tried to return to Basic mail but when i followed the instructions the button that takes you back to basic wasn't there. Where did you move it?

    Why the **** would you fix something that is not broken? You people at yahoo keep amazing me how ******* ******** you guys are to change something that worked so great to this new p.o.s. format.

    Return to the old format. I hate the new one and will be changing soon.
