This new format really sucks..Every time I attempt to go to my contacts, I get sent back to my emails.. I would like to add someone to my contacts and the contact icon has been moved to the RIGHT side instead of leaving it on the left where it usually has been. Again this format is not what I have been accustomed to and it sucks, change is NOT necessarily a good thing, so please revert back to the previous format..

My cat walked all over my computer keyboard and now all my mail is scrunched together and I cannot read the previews like I used to be able to do. I can click on them blindly, but I don't want to click on something I shouldn't. What can I do to restore to how it was before my cat walked all over the keyboard? Thanks!

I use to get emails daily from <newsletter@vetfriends.com> but since February I have not receive not a one. I contacted VetFriends, who I have enrolled with and a member of, that Yahoo said that I had blocked <newsletter@vetfriends.com> . The <newsletter@vetfriends.com> is never in the Spam folder nor is there anything of such in the Settings that would suggest that I was blocking them. This is the only service I use to contact other Veterans and the ones I served with in Vietnam. Please give me back <newsletter@vetfriends.com> as this is NOT SPAM.
The things that this new Yahoo Email format is doing is a shame and disgrace. -

Retiring support for older versions doesn't mean you have to F up the current system. It BLOWS! You can't find anything, the tutorials don't help and help search is useless.

I don't want the new version!!! I want to go back to Classic Mail. The email list keeps jumping around; it is hard to print an email without my folders showing on the left. I don't want whomever I give an email to to see my Folders. It prints very small.
There was no warning that you were changing the email system. There was no option given
as to whether I wanted it or not.All in all, the new email is a disaster!!!! And I can't figure out how to switch it back. After trying to find out how, I finally came across a page, and I tried it (click Icon) and I did that and there
was no "Switch back to classic Mail" at the bottom of the window, as you said would be there. -

Replying to email an annoying box pops into body of email. Now today I get a bonus purple box, appx 2x4 with YAHOO emblazoned in it. Clean this **** up or I will change!

I was on the Classic Version - playing around I switched to Basic. To my dismay, when I tried switching back, my version was gone and instead "automatically upgraded" to the New Yahoo Mail version. The worst part of all of this - in my opinion - is that nowhere during this process did I see any WARNING or pop-up or ANYTHING telling me that if I switch away from this version there is NO GOING BACK. I'm am very disappointed in Yahoo for making this so painful to users - no matter how many communications you may have sent at other times about the New Yahoo Mail - there NEEDS to be a warning if as a user, you're making a change that's IRREVERSIBLE. It's just a sure way to upset customers and drive them away.

I NEED to see my emails received, all of them, not just two days worth. I need to know what has been viewed, answered or forgotten. I am not a youth who only operates in current time.
