I believe the reason Yahoo will not let the users have
the Classic format back.1 – To give the email users many more advertisements that slows a person’s computer down
2 – To be like Facebook and give the advertisers more feedback that they want from Yahoo email users so Yahoo can make more money from it
3 – To give Yahoo easier access to get into the Yahoo email users email accounts to do what they wish that they could not do with the Classic format
Case in point:
1 – I had about 22 emails in my Draft folder and all had disappeared. Those emails were in the Draft folder in the morning and by afternoon were gone. I was not in the Draft folder that whole day except when I noticed that there was no number to the right of the Draft folder. Drafts when deleted will not go into the trash folder but into never never land. Was told that they may have been in the Draft folder for maybe a long time. Fact is some had been in the Draft folder for less than a month. Was this New Yahoo format programed to do this or was someone at Yahoo in my account? Submitted an email recovery that did not bring my drafts back
2 – Was set up in Classic format and after being in the New Yahoo format for well over a month a few of my contacts had move. Meaning someone had to of changed the way they were set up. A day or two later one of the two were renamed to place it back where it was. Couple day later the other one went back to where it was. It sure was not me who did this
3 – Somehow 6 new email addresses for Yahoo showed up in my contacts folder! Never knew of these Yahoo email contacts let alone me putting them in there. Sent all six an email and three of the six came back as “MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com”. Something like the Yahoo help sites that no longer exists. Now the question is how did they get into my contacts list and by some miracle they are now all been removed? It wasn’t me who did this
4 – It had dawned on me the other day that I used to get emails daily from a Veterans group and have not seen a one since January. I emailed the company and was told that I had marked their emails as Spam. Why would I do that being a Veteran! There were none in the Spam folder or nothing in settings that would suggest they were spam. I checked all possibilities could not find a thing. They sent me a link to be reinstated and now after a week still have not had an email from them. So who totally blocked them out?
I think it’s time for the government to check into Yahoo’s practices as they did with Facebook and the rest of the social media. Or is it Yahoo has been hacked again as when they said with the new BETA email would be safer and that was hacked twice and now they are not saying anything about it.
Classic format is the one users prefer over the new format that has to much wrong with it. Just bring back Classic for the users who want it and let the rest who want the NEW have it. Or better yet leave Yahoo email for someone else.

I don't like the page layout. I don't like the options you gave me to lay it out myself. You 'Yahoo" take up too much Real-Estate. You block pictures in my mail. Give it up. Go away. Let me see my mail

I cannot access my email for my businesses I've been trying for 3 days now. Just got off the phone waiting for an hour to get that smiling customer service agent that they show on the sales page. 24/7 customer service it says!

The basic instinct of a very elite well-paid bunch of programming IT engineers (?) eager to make waves with new inconvenient and difficult to use software. Many times old things are not necessary to be replaced with difficult to use new things. And by the way, please inform your customers/users what is the model and specifications of a laptop usable with new and sophisticated day by day software.

hate that this was forced on users. themes are few and look like an untalented 5 year old drew
them. getting more spam in my inbox than ever and i suspect it's by design. need to let people
know how much spam is present. bring back the old themes and wallpaper, some of us don't
use a phone for our e-mail. -

I can't get into all my inboxes. Your service used to be great, now I'm considering leaving and going to another service. Your seven day free service - I can't wait to unsubscribe.
