I'm not receiving new emails and I've lost an important ongoing draft I've been working on for a week... instead I now have about two hundred emails in my draft box from 2017!!!!!! YE GODS. What the **** have you done. You have somehow also revived about twenty files that disappeared two years ago, and LOST files that I created and filled with info in the two years since. If I can't figure out how to recover these, I'm off to Gmail.

I would prefer that my search results be returned in a static list, not an endless scrolling list.

Can Verizon Yahoo fix the structural programming *****-up that it did with their recent cosmetic change to Yahoo email? Can email users once again determine what Inbox email has been filed to folders and what email has not? The current design (redesign) of Yahoo mail left users with the inability to file inbox mail because users cannot determine what has been filed and what has not been. All email in the Inbox folder column is now listed as “yahoo” without any distinction for the folders. Even when it is filed in a new folder, and a search is done for a keyword, all email – whether filed in a folder or still remaining in the Inbox lists the 3rd column as “Yahoo,” regardless of what has been filed and what has not been. This was until the February 2019 change, the column that specified the location of the email. Did the Verizon programmers talk with the Yahoo programmers, or were the Yahoo staff all fired before the superficial changes to Yahoo email were planned and executed? The answer to that seems obvious. Now, as a result, Verizon has left Yahoo email virtually inoperable. I have almost 6,000 emails sitting in my Inbox unfiled as a result of these Verizon changes. I am sure many others are in the same predicament. For any user that gets a significant number of emails, this version of software is a catastrophe.

Horrible! And I didn't ask for any changes and was not warned ahead of time. None of my other accounts are like this so why this one??? Just change it back please.
I used to be able to mouse over my profile icon and get a drop down menu where I could click Log Out but now i have to click that icon to get the menu. I also have to open my spam folder in order to see if I have new spam in it where it used to just give the number of new spam it contained without even mousing over it.
STOP making completely unnecessary changes. It makes no sense at all. -

The new format is not very good!!! The instructions for getting back to basic are worthless! There is no place to 'Click Switch back to classic Mail at the bottom of the window"
All they care about is selling you with their advertisements!!!! I want back to basics!!!! Please! -

The new version is very cluttered. Adds jammed in the inbox. Earlier this week and this month separators are even worse in this version because they are not shaded or bordered. Viewing email has extra border around the email body. Replies have time stamp hovering at the top. It looks like everything flipped - borders where there previously were none and shading missing in places it was previously. Not sure how this is helpful. Everything is very hard to read. If it's going to look like gmail, I'll just use gmail. If all yahoo accounts update, it will be a good time to make the break.

New mail is not an improvement or an upgrade by any stretch of the imagination. If you truly want to improve the user's experience, change new mail into classic mail. You can call it the New Classic Mail. and stop with the canned replies. They are insulting.
