    I didn't ask you to change it but you did it anyway. What is with you people! Have you ever heard the phrase...if it's not broken, don't fix it! I repeatedly stated each time when prompted that I DID NOT want to change my email format! Put the email back to the way it was...this is horrible...this goes hand-in-hand with Microsoft when they changed everything to Windows 8...that was a disaster as well.

    Why did you remove the number that tells you how many new emails are in all your folders. I'm talking about the cumulative number.

    Say I have 7 folders and 3 of them have an unread email. then I have a total of 3 unread emails in my folders and there used to be a 3 after "Folders", now that number is no longer there. Why, why, why?

    YOU MADE IT WORSE.

    DUH.

    After trying this for 3 days, I loath this new format even more now, than the first time. Return me to basic Now, if not sooner.

    Yahoo - you-ve taken a liberty with me. You claim I requested the new images. I DID NO SUCH THING. Please return me to the traditional format as the new version is terrible. Next time, please ask me for permission before you go ahead and take liberties. Repeat - change me back now. The new one is absolute rubbish.

    I do not receive my emails on my PC while I receive all my emails on my tablet very quickly, why is that and how can I fix it please

    I like the old format better, been using it for years. The colors are too dark and the white is too white. At my age, I don't need change.

    the old email format was more user friendly. Changes are not always necessary and or good. Thank you

    I had tried the new format before. I didn't like it then and don't like it now that I am being forced back to using the new version. The main feature that is missing is the ability to update the inbox on demand. I complained about it before and it has not been fixed. Now you have to wait about 10 minutes for the regular cycle update. If the update on demand feature exists it is in hiding somewhere else (in a locked filing cabinet in the flooded basement of an abandoned warehouse guarded by 2 sea lions). Us old people have a hard time changing how we do things. I understand that there are probably benefits to using the new software but the new layout does not fit the old memory pattern and creates a great deal of frustration. I would switch to my gmail account and may do so if this continues to be such a frustration. The problem is in notifying all my old friends of the change.

    How could you even imagine that this new format is progress? It is awful...a team of 3rd graders could do better. I am losing patience and will quit yahoo.Also I will encourage all my friends to do the same on SM.

    This new format is difficult to navigate....If I wish to block I have to jump through hoops instead of clicking and there is more....just listen to us and stop your nonsense.

    The first thing I did was turn on my email and this bright **** format is still there. Please turn my format back to the old one, I hate this one so much

    Turn it back to the old format or I will be forced to quit yahoo. DO IT SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
