    new is so slow and when I scroll down while viewing a page it scrolls back up all by itself it happens over and over

    I think this New Mail is top notch. Have had a Yahoo account for about fifteen years, and appreciate the changes offered over time. New features, look, and placement always requires adjustment on the part of a user, but people typically balk at change. I maintain Gmail and Outlook email accounts, as well, but still use Yahoo as my primary account, and My Yahoo as my home page. Thank you.

    As I was reading others posts, I noticed quite a few of them referring to the disappearance of the emails they are writing. My dad is 80 yrs old and has even taken his laptop to the shop to be fixed due to this, which being an elderly person he gets ripped off. Then me, I have written emails and Poof, most if not all of it is Gone!!!! I have Dystonia and Parkinsonism and its not easy to remember everything that I just wrote, so I give up for the night and start again the next day. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! OR I Too will have to find another email address, one that will stay the same with no complications such as Yahoo has!! Sure I know there are glitches here and there, I can deal with those.. but Yahoo has So many things Wrong with this New set up is Crazy!!!
