    Please give us a way to go back to our old mail.....this new one is awful...I hate it!

    My yahoo mail is sticky and keeps getting confused when I type or what to send messages

    The more you have fixed and upgraded Yahoo the worse it has become. Stop making changes , especially without asking first. You ask if I want to change to a new format, I reply NO and you do it anyway.

    I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW EMAIL! It is NOT an improvement for me. For over a year my DRAFTS folder has had over a THOUSAND supposed "drafts" that are actually just multiple repeats of random emails I've sent/forwarded. This was with the OLD email format... and it has CARRIED OVER to the new format where the DELETE feature DOES NOT work! Repeated complaints to Yahoo customer service early in 2017 FAILED to correct the problem. I finally gave up.

    I want to go back to the classic mail, but I can't find the tab to click on to do that via your instructions

    There is no option for me to switch back as described in the link above. I saw the option there once, but it is no longer appearing there. The option should be left to our CHOICE. I prefer the classic.

    On my computer you new email does not show my contacts so I can check them from time to time .

    I like my old yahoo account. It show how many e-mails I am getting spam.

    My old yahoo is perfect me. I am a senior in my 80's.

    I agree; I don't like this format. Where have my contacts gone? And, yes, the new version does seem slower.
