    I agree; I don't like this format. Where have my contacts gone? And, yes, the new version does seem slower.

    I know I'm old and somewhat slow, but I use to be able to find my contacts. Now I can't. I guess I'll just have to dump Yahoo?

    MY NEW IDEA IS NOT NEW, JUST A REITERATION OF WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SEEMS TO WANT - RETURN US TO THE OLD FORMAT, CLICKED ON IT IN ERROR AS IT WAS HANDILY PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF FOLDERS! SO PUT ME BACK ON THE OLD YAHOO

    There is nothing you can do to improve this mail system because it is based on dysfunctional idea. Most ridiculous is that you can´t answer to the one mail twice. Instead you have to start a new conversation. Also, it is very difficult to navigate in this endless bunch of mails. Takes lot of time and energy. People who value their time is better to change the service provider.
