    Product Support, your "fix" on how to switch back to Classic Mail does NOT work. When I open settings, and select "More Settings" as in your example, there is NO option at the bottom offering me to return to classic mail. It simply no longer exists....

    Please return to my old format...Thank you as I find the new format difficult to navigate,I need to get hold of my photos in email,I would like to down load the photos please

    New version doing some weird things. It sucks. All received emails are showing up in really small font even though I have it set on medium. Outgoing emails are fine. In creating new emails when typing in the subject line it repeatedly backspaces on it's own erasing the last character just typed!! I've changed nothing in the settings and the old version was fine.

    For those of us who are older, the new format looks grey rather than black and is much harder to see. I do not like this new format and will opt out of yahoo after years and years of use if I cannot change back to my classic account.
    Please listen to those of us who wish to change and give us that option under 'settings' which you seem to have removed.
