    It is so cumbersome. I cannot open the picture attachments that I really would like to see. I cannot figure out how to correct the problem. please fix this problem.

    I tried to switch back but can't seem to be able to follow your instructions.
    Have you ever heard if its not broken don't fix it? You messed up a good working email site. If I can't switch back I will cancel my account.

    I liked the previous format better. This one seems as though it has a lot more space and it is slower to react than the old version.

    Add back the option to go back to Classic Mail. The new format is awful and now there's no way to go back.
