    I have a landline. I only use my cell when I'm out of the house. My house is three stories. I have to make one often go from one floor to the next just to sign on my Yahoo email.

    My Folders are now gone with the new version, they all went byr=e bye! How can I get classic mail? I do not want this new ****!

    I'm losing emails received today. They appear and then vanish. I will change to another email service if unable to go back to my former Yahoo Mail.

    Right on!!!! Why do they have to IMPROVE things by making them worse. I am unable to view ant email after I switched to the NEW IMPROVED format

    I tried following your instructions to reset to the old format. The wagonwheel/gear icon did not give me an option such as you described to switch back to the old format. Instead, the options were only to change the backgrounds on the current upgrade.
