    Please let me have my old eMail display and let ME be the one who manages my message lists. And do NOT bring in so-called conversations and threads. I can manage how they are more useful for my purposes.

    I immediately had difficulty downloading my photos I had emailed to myself. It is late at night. I don't have the time to look at your guidelines or product support to find out how to download them onto my desktop or anywhere for that matter! This is ridiculous!!!

    Hiw cab you improve New Mail? Easily. Change it back to the Old Mail.
